Who are you? Which event was this for? (optional) Picking the event adds these expenses to its running cost, which keeps the event figures honest. If the expenses cover two events, submit them as two batches.

One receipt = one line item. Please do not lump sums together. Every individual receipt needs its own entry below, with its own date, category and amount, and the receipt itself attached in the receipts section. Submissions that combine several receipts into one figure will be sent back.

Attach a photo or PDF of every receipt listed above. Up to 6 files, 5 MB each and 18 MB in total. A clear photo or screenshot is ideal. Interactive PDFs (forms, embedded media) are usually rejected, so please send a plain PDF or an image.
