Client / organisation name Client address (one line per row, as it should appear)

Invoice date Payment due date (defaults to 30 days)

Line items — enter the final amount the client pays (VAT-inclusive)

VAT applies (20%) — the invoice will show the net amount, a VAT line, and the total
